Production and sale of paper bags.

Yesterday I saw the offer Ref: PSL417315YH on this platform which proposes the sale of machines for the manufacture of paper bags.
In Gabon, an activity like this does not exist.
However, there is no need when we are all talking about recycling and protecting our environment.
On the other hand, I would like to add to this aspect the production of paper packaging (since that is what it is about) the manufacture of the raw material by the same means of recycling paper. But if it is necessary for a beginning to start with one activity and develop the other later I am also open to this proposal.
The only problem is that I have the idea but not the means of my policy.

I am looking for partners who can accompany me both technologically and financially.
